ÜBER UNS
Das “Schlachthoffestival Traunsee” ist ein zeitgenössisches Mehrsparten-Projekt, das erstmals im April 2022 stattfand und Künstler*innen aus Bereichen der Bildenden Kunst, Musik, Literatur, Theater und Performance miteinander verbindet. Auch dieses Jahr soll vom 02. – 04. Mai 2025 der Gruber-Schlachthof in Traunkirchen bespielt werden. Der Schlachthof wird so zu einem „off-space“, zu einem neuen Ort der Begegnung mit regionalen und überregionalen Künstler*innen, der Besucher*innen zum Verweilen einlädt.
The „Schlachthoffestival“ is a contemporary multi-genre project that took place for the first time in April 2022 and connects artists from the fields of fine arts, music, literature, theater and performance. The slaughterhouse Gruber in Traunkirchen is to be used again this year from May 2nd to 4th 2025. The slaughterhouse thus becomes an off-space, a new place for encounters with regional and national artists that invites visitors to linger.
